Molloy & Associates provided pre-planning and construction phase architectural conservation services to Henry J Lyons Architects for the development of student residences on an urban site containing remains of a late 18th - early 19th century mill tower and storage vaults associated with the former Watkins Brewery Complex. The upstanding remains were sensitively integrated into the new development to preserve the character of the site.
